We use a variety of drinkware brands and manufacturers. We've chosen the best quality product available for each item we carry. All drinkware is made from premium 304 food grade 18/8 gauge stainless steel and all plastic lids are BPA free.

Our products are all engraved in Michigan. We source our products from vendors both inside the US as well as other areas around the world. 

Yes! We offer top notch customer service with 1 on 1 discussion about your order. We are happy to email, text and/or call with you regarding your order! Yes, we can engrave most photos depending on the quality of the image. If you would like to verify if we are able to engrave a specific photo, please email the photo to sales@modern-laser.com, we will respond within 24 hours.

Most orders ship out within 1 week of the order being places. If you have an urgent time constraint that needs to be met, please contact us HERE to make sure we are aware. 

We do not offer returns on customized products unless there was an error at the fault of Modern Laser.
